ATS’ Principal, Thomas R. Goldberg, has over 30 years of

acumen coupled with our successful track record of assisting clients in obtaining over

Between FY ‘06 and FY’08, ATS’
Principals obtained federal procurement and RDT&E
contracts valued at over $300 million for its clients,
covering a wide range of Defense and Homeland Security
