Thomas
R. Goldberg, Principal
Mr. Goldberg is the founder of
ATS and CEO of the firm. Prior to founding ATS,
Mr. Goldberg ran the defense and homeland practice
of Fabiani & Company, into which he sold
GHL Incorporated, a thirteen year-old government
relations and marketing firm he also founded.
Prior to establishing his practice there, he
worked at several trade associations, including
the Aspirin Foundation of America, Inc., the
Coalition for Responsible Waste Incineration,
Inc., and served as a staff member for others,
including the National Association of Manufacturers,
Society for the Plastics Industry, Inc., Synthetic
Organic Chemical Manufacturers Association,
and the National Solid Waste Management Association.
Mr. Goldberg also served in the Reagan and the
first Bush Administrations as an advisor to
the Office of the National Security Advisor.
There he vetted Japanese technologies under
a Memorandum of Understanding concerning the
Fighter Support Experimental Program (F-2).
Mr. Goldberg served on the staff of Congressman
Gilbert Gude of Maryland. Mr. Goldberg also
served as the Washington Liaison Officer for
the Radian Corporation of Austin, Texas, and
Technology Management Services, Inc. of Gaithersburg,
Maryland.

Vicki
B. Lindsay, CPA
Ms. Lindsay performs a variety of roles within
the ATS organization. In addition to managing
the business and financial affairs of the company,
she is responsible for all daily operations of
ATS, and also serves as client liaison. A graduate
of George Mason University with a degree in Accounting,
Ms. Lindsay worked for twelve years at Chaconas
& Wilson in Washington DC before joining ATS.
During her tenure at C&W, she also worked
part-time from 2002 – 2005 for Mr. Goldberg when
he owned GHL, Incorporated, the predecessor company
to ATS.

Gary Kay, Associate
Gary joined ATS as an Associate in January 2009. Prior to joining ATS, Gary worked in the U.S. House of Representatives for Congressman Jim Ramstad (R-MN), and then for Senator Norm Coleman (R-MN). Most recently, Gary served as Regional Political Director for a targeted U.S. Senate race where he organized and implemented a Get-Out-The-Vote operation that involved over 500 volunteers and activists. Gary graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth with degrees in Political Science and History, and recently received his Master’s degree from The George Washington University in Political Management.

Andrew Ramsey, Associate
Andrew joined ATS in the spring of 2010 and is the newest member of ATS. He provides science and engineering research and technical support for ATS. Andrew is a Georgia Tech graduate in Materials Science Engineering. He has extensive hands-on experience in nano-scale R&D at laboratories such as Los Alamos Nat'l Labs (LANL), the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), and the Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI).
